The supermarket is within walking distance (5 minutes). The house is located on a terrain of 1000 m2 and has a private swimming pool (8x4 m).
All basic facilities are available in Seillans: a small supermarket, pharmacy, post office and a few nice restaurants. Cannes, Nice, Grasse and St. Tropez can all be reached within 1 hour by car; as well as the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea in Théoule-sur-mer, Antibes and Juan les Pins. Nearby is a large freshwater lake where all kinds of water recreation are possible such as fishing, pedal boating, rowing and swimming (15 km) This is the Lac St. Cassien.
Terre Blanche, the prestigious golf course (2x18 holes) in Tourrettes (15 minutes drive) is a must for golf lovers.
The impressive Gorge du Verdon is only 5o minutes away from Seillans.
