La Petite Bastide Seillans 1-6 p.
Near the village of Seillans, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France, lies "La Petite Bastide". The house is built "en pierres", which means that the thick walls are made of large boulders, which keep the house cool in the hot summer months. The house is located at the top of a gentle slope. From the terraces there is a beautiful view of the area. Behind the house is the swimming pool (11 x 4.5 m). Around the pool a spacious terrace with sun beds and umbrellas and behind the pool also a petanque court.

La Petite Bastide has a cozy kitchen with an antique wooden table. Fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The kitchen door gives access to the garden and the the pool. In this part of the house there are 2 double bedrooms, plus a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
The kitchen is directly connected to the spacious living room with fireplace, which is furnished with antique and modern furniture. There is satellite TV with Dutch channels and a stereo system with bluetooth.
French doors open to a large sunny terrace with a lovely view. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an electrically operated sunscreen gives some shade on a sunny day.
Next to the living room is a spacious 2-person bedroom with its own shower and toilet. There is also the washing machine.
