This beautiful, renovated, Provencal mas (200 m2) is very quietly located near Claviers (1.5 km) in the heart of the Var.

The house is situated on a spacious, sloping plot of 2 ha, bordered by the stream the Riou. The site is closed by an electrically operated gate. There is a large (heatable) swimming pool (5x12 m), several terraces and a romantic gazebo, beautifully overgrown; a lovely shaded spot on hot days.There's also a petanque court on the terrain.

The Mas was renovated in 2008 with beautiful materials; it is very cozy. The house has recently been sold and the whole house will be completely redecorated by the new owners in the same style as you see on the photos.

Once this is done, new photos will be posted on the site.

Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a cozy, separate sitting area around the fireplace. Adjacent is the kitchen with pantry. A small staircase leads from the kitchen to the bathroom with bath (shower in bath). There is also a separate toilet.

On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower and toilet). The 2nd floor is a beautiful, large attic.

A bedroom has been created here that can be closed off by means of a sliding door. The other part of the attic (sleeping accommodation for 2 children) is in open connection with a mezzanine. This is a nice place to sleep for children between 8 and 12 years old.

Airconditioning will be installed in all bedrooms in spring 2022.
