This lovely, Provencal house is located on a quiet road surrounded by vineyards near the village of Fayence. The house is set on a spacious plot and has a kidney-shaped pool (heated). the pool is fenced and therefore ideal for families with small kids. Next to the pool is a pool house with gas BBQ
The house has been completely modernized inside and has a practical layout. On the ground floor is a modernly furnished salon. A staircase leads to a double bedroom with bathroom. From the lounge a sllding door gives access to the terrace with large table and chairs for 8 and the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances.
From the hall you reach 3 more bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. In the hallway is another separate bathroom and a toilet.
All rooms have air conditioning.
A washing machine is at your disposal.
