Number 9 is a very spacious and comfortable villa near the village of Tourrettes in the Canton de Fayence.

The beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace that is partly covered and offers a wonderful place in the shade in summer. There are sun loungers at the pool and a large dining table and cozy seating areas on the terrace.

The area has a lot to offer: the beautiful Provencal villages, the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (40 minutes) or the beautiful Gorges du Verdon in the hinterland (one hour and a half). It is all easily accessible as well as a trip to Nice, Cannes or St. Tropez.

The house is also spacious inside. A large lounge with a separate sitting area and a dining area gives access to the terrace through sliding doors that can be fully opened.. This way, inside and outside become 1 large living space. There is a Provencal kitchen (somewhat dated) in which an oven, microwave and stove offer sufficient cooking comfort. Also from the kitchen access to the covered terrace. Here is a BBQ.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom: the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) has an adjoining bathroom with a (completely new) Italian shower, a bath, 2 washbasins and a toilet.

Also a double room with 2 single beds (90x200 cm); from here access to the (completely new) bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

From the lounge, the stairs lead to the 1st floor. Here are 2 bmore edrooms; both rooms have a double bed (160x200 cm) and each their own bathroom. (1 bathroom is completely new),
