This beautifully restored villa is located in the hills just outside Fayence, on a nicely wooded terrain of 20,000 m2. The swimming pool (10x5 m) is heated except in July and August. There are several terraces with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols and in the garden there are original, wooden sun loungers with mattresses.
The view of the surroundings is breathtaking.
Fayence is a charming, medieval village with a market 3 times a week in summer.
For golf enthusiasts, the prestigious golf course of Terre Blanche is only a 15-minute drive away; the Lac St. Cassien offers opportunities for water sports, the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 45 minutes as well as the cities of Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez. The impressive Gorges du Verdon is only an hour and a half drive from Fayence.

The driveway leads to the charming house. An electrically operated gate gives access to a large parking area.
The villa (210 m2) was completely renovated a few years ago and very tastefully decorated. The style is Scandinavian, with a mix of modern chic and French design. The house has air conditioning in the living room, all bedrooms and the kitchen and has 3 levels.

Hall, living room, dining room with adjoining kitchen, separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The garden with terrace is accessible from both the living room, dining room and kitchen.
1st floor:
Bedroom 1: queen size bed (160x200), adjoining.
