This charming Provencal house is hidden in the green on a large plot of over 14.000 m2. Seillans is about 1,5 km away. This village is on the list of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. Here you will find narrow streets, cozy squares and beautiful views. One of the current owners had the house built in the late 1970s, completely 'en pierres'. The house is surrounded by trees including olive trees, cypresses and pine trees.. There's a swimming pool (9x4 m) in the garden, just a bit lower than the house. 4 sunbeds and 2 chairs will be available at pool.

New outside furniture will be available in summer.

All basic facilities are available in Seillans: a small supermarket, pharmacy, post office and a n umber of nice restaurants. Cannes, Nice, Grasse and St. Tropez can all be reached within 45 minutes; as well as the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea in Théoule-sur-mer, Antibes and Juan les Pins. Nearby is a large freshwater lake where all kinds of water recreation are possible such as fishing, pedal boating, rowing and swimming (15 km) This is the Lac St. Cassien.

The impressive Gorge du Verdon is only 5o minutes away from Seillans.

The house is very spacious (total area. 200 m2). Upon entering there is a large hall. From here there is access to the cozy and bright salon with high ceilings. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine with a large library. From the lounge there are French doors (and windows) to the terrace at the front of the house. Adjacent to the lounge there is a dining room from which there is access to the kitchen and utility room (washing machine). In the kitchen there is a door that opens into the hall. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven and fridge/freezer combination.From the hall there is a corridor leading to 2 double bedrooms (2 beds of 100x200 cm in each room). One bedroom has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink located on the other side of the hallway. The other bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and 2 sinks. Both rooms are very spacious and equipped with cupboards. Soon a sofa bed for 2 people (155 cm) will be placed on the mezzanine.
