Belle Brise is a lovely Provencal villa with panoramic views of the surroundings. The house has a private swimming pool (salt water), 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms. The house is located near Fayence, a beautiful village with a lively market 3 times a week, a gliding airfield and many restaurants. The Canton de Fayence is the ideal location to relax but also to make trips to beautiful places in the area such as the hinterland with its picturesque villages or the beaches on the Mediterranean with cities such as Nice, Cannes and Antibes. These can be reached within 1 hour by car. St. Tropez or the famous Gorges du Verdon are just a 1 1/2 hour drive from Fayence. Lac St. Cassien is also worth a visit (20 minutes). This is a large freshwater lake where you can canoe, pedal boat, swim etc.
There are several beautiful golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
A bakery and supermarket are only a 5-minute drive away.
Belle Brise is a contemporary, comfortable house. It has been furnished with care and taste by the owners.
Downstairs is a spacious lounge with dining area and a modern, open kitchen that is fully equipped (induction, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and food processor with press). From the lounge, French doors give access to the terrace with swimming pool (complete with sun beds and parasols). A covered terrace with pizza oven, outdoor kitchen and table with chairs is accessible via the kitchen. Adjacent to the salon is a cosy area with a sofa and air conditioning.
On the first floor, at the top of the stairs there is a spacious landing from which you enter all the three bedrooms (air conditioning in all bedrooms) and 1 of the bathrooms. The master bedroom (bed 180 x 210 cm) with large linen cupboard gives access to a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bath. The roof terrace is accessible via both the bedroom and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the third bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). The 2nd bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
