Belle Laurise is a charming, Provencal villa, built by an American artist 30 years ago.. The house is located at 2 km from Seillans, 1 of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. In the village all basic facilities are present, a bakery, a small supermarket, a post office, doctor and several restaurants., Cannes, Nice, Grasse and St. Tropez can all be reached within a 1 hour drive. The beaches at the Côte d'Azur are only half an hour away. The impressive natural park the Gorges du Verdon is located at a distance of 50 km from Seillans.
The house has a nice garden and a private pool (10x5 m).

At the ground floor is a spacious living room with a huge fire place. Adjacent is a dining room with a dining table and chairs for 8 people.
The Provencal kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and a gas stove.
Folding doors give access to a large, partly covered terrace with dining table and chairs. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the garden and the pool. At the pool you find loungers and parasols.
At this level there are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (180x200 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm).
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and sink, 1 with a shower. There is a separate toilet.
At the lower level there is another bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200 cm) and 1 single bed (90x200).
There is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
