This beautiful Provencal house is located on a quiet road within walking distance of the village of Fayence. It's set on a spacious plot (10.000 m2) in a beautiful, mediterranean garden with a spectacular infinity pool (heated on request). Near the pool is a pool house with small kitchen (fridge and bbq), a separate shower and bathroom. For the kids a small playground. There's plenty of room for everyone, both inside the house and in the garden. Several cozy places to enjoy the sun near the pool or relax in the shade of a tree.

The original house is 700 years old. Later the house was extended which resulted in a spacious and comfortable house for 8 people. Downstairs a lounge with separate dining room; a fully equipped kitchen. French doors in both the kitchen and lounge give access to the covered terrace. On this floor also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Next to the kitchen you find a utility room with washing machine.
On the first floor 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) with an adjoining bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and sink. Another bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. On this floor there's a bathroom with bath tub, walk-in shower. There's a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor the 4th bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm).
In all bedrooms airconditioning has been installed.
