L' Hirondelle is an authentic 17th century bastide situated on a large terrain with private swimming pool (9,5 x 4,5 m) and terraces in the centre of medieval Seillans, listed as one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. This historic property offers a mix of space, flexibility, privacy and charm, with all the facilities of the 'old village' on your doorstep and with some noise of village life as well of course..

The house is south facing and offers beautiful views over the village, the surrounding countryside and the Esterel mountains. The large garden is beautifully planted and is complemented by several terraces, each furnished with sun loungers and/or chairs. The shaded dining terrace has a hardwood table and chairs and a large Argentinian charcoal barbecue.

The house has a fibre optic internet connection, with good wifi coverage throughout the house, garden and terraces.
