' Kismet' is a charming 4 bedroom family home located in an ancient 1 acre olive grove, with a large swimming pool and multiple terraces that enjoy stunning views of the surrounding hills, Pays de Fayence and Esterel mountains. The property is an easy walk to the centre of the historic, perched (hilltop) village of Seillans, classified as one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France..
The house is south-facing, situated in a well maintained garden with many shady, private, nooks and crannies from which to enjoy views of the surrounding countryside.
The pool is spacious (free form of at least 10 x 4 m). There is a pool house with bar and outdoor kitchen as well as a BBQ. Here also a terrace with spectacular views.
The cozy family home is comfortably furnished. It has recently been partially renovated with a new modern, well eguipped kitchen, new beds, linen and patio furniture. From the hall a staircase leads down to the lounge with fireplace; a few steps lower is the dining room with next to it the open kitchen and a utility room.
From the living room patio doors give access to a spacious terrace with fantastic views of the surroundings.
Another terrace is located in front of the kitchen / dining room; a beautiful old mulberry tree offers a shaded place here; a perfect spot during the hot hours of the day.
The main house has 2 double rooms:
The 1st room is adjacent to the living room and has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The 2nd bedroom (double bed or 2 x single bed) is accessible from the hall at the top of the stairs. Here is also a large bathroom with bath / shower and sink.
A 3rd double room is accessible via the stairs next to the front door, the so-called tower room; this room has a sink and shower. In all 3 rooms in main house airconditioning has been installed.
The 4th double room (double bed or 2 x single bed) is located in the pool house; this room has a sink and has access to the outdoor shower (hot water) and the toilet in the pool house.
