La Charnière is a cozy family home located 2 km away from Seillans. This village is on the list of 100 most beautiful villages in France. Here you will find narrow streets, cozy squares and spectacular views. All basic amenities are available here: the bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, post office and ofcourse several restaurants. Cannes, Nice, Grasse and St Tropez can all be reached within 45 minutes. Also the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea in Théoule-sur-Mer, Antibes and Juan les Pins. Closer, at a distance of only 15 km, you will find the Lac St. Cassien, a large freshwater lake, where all kinds of water recreation are possible such as fishing, pedal boating, rowing and swimming.
Along the lake you will find numerous beaches.The famous and impressive Gorges du Verdon is only 50 km away.

The house is built on a large plot of 5000 m2. The beautiful swimming pool is large (12x5 m) and equipped with a child device.
There are sunbeds and parasols.
Underneath the covered terrace is an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. There is also a dining table with chairs.
The garden is very private, on the south side there is a beautiful view of the surroundings.
There is table tennis table and there are rackets for ball games present.

Spacious sitting area, fireplace and dining area with room for 6 people.
TV with Dutch channels and WIFI.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven (microwave / grill / microwave), dishwasher and fridge / freezer.
