This beautiful, modern Provencal villa is quietly located at the bottom of Seillans, 1 of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. From the terrace you have a fantastic view at the surrounding hills. The house is luxuriously finished and has a climate control for heating and cooling. This makes the temperature in the house very pleasant during hot days (with doors closed ...) The very spacious house has the Provencal charm combined with modern luxury. A (10 x 5 m) swimming pool and a beautiful, contemporary design contribute to a comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings. The beaches of the Mediterranean are a 30-minute drive away, the impressive Gorge du Verdon is just 50 minutes away from Seillans.

Along the entire length of the house is a covered porch with a beautiful view. Here is a large (dining) table and there is a cozy lounge corner. From this veranda 2 stairs go down to the swimming pool. There are sun loungers in the spacious garden, there is a swing, a table tennis table and a gas BBQ. The French doors in the salon all open onto this veranda. The salon is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated. The seating area has a comfortable sofa and a few armchairs. A fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere in the winter months.
There is also a dining table in this large living room. Furthermore, a beautiful designer kitchen; this is fully equipped (ovens, induction hob, espresso machine, ice machine, dishwasher, wine fridge, large American fridge / freezer). In the corner of the kitchen is a utility room where you find the washing machine.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with an adjoining luxury bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, 2 wash basins and a separate toilet.
A staircase leads to the 1st floor. Here are 3 beautiful, spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 wash basins and separate toilet;
1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with the bathroom across the hall; here also a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet; and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) with an adjoining bathroom with bath , 2 wash basins and separate toilet. All rooms have plenty of cupboard space and are nicely furnished.
