L' Adrech is a modern, recently built, Provencal villa located near Seillans on a terrain of 5000 m2 . The view on the surrounding hills of Seillans is stunning, The house is a good mix of Provencal charm and modern comfort. The decoration is modern and stylish and there are several nice details and pieces of art. The area is quiet and it's only a 2 km walk to the village. A beautiful swimming pool (12 x 4 m) is situated close to the villa. The pool house has an impressive custom made bbq and also a shower room with toilet. As a whole this house has all it takes to have a comfortable stay in a beautiful area. The Mediterranean beaches are only 35 minutes away, the impressive Gorges du Verdon only a 50 minutes drive.

The house has a spacious, light living room and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and magimix.
Huge sliding doors give access to the terrace. The views from here are breathtaking. On the terrace there is a lounge set and sun loungers and a parasol are placed near the pool.
The master bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) is located at the ground floor and also has access to the terrace. Next to this room a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub and toilet. Also a study with writing table.
In the corner of the living room are stairs leading to the first floor. Here are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 single beds (80x200 cm) that can be put together to serve as a double bed. Also they both have their own bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. The rooms share a toilet located in the corridor.
