L' Aumade Fayence 1-8 p.

This cozy villa is located close to Fayence (4 km) on a so called domain with about 20 other houses. In the mature garden a big private swimming pool that measures 5 x 11 m (depth from 0.8 till 2,5 m.) which is surrounded by several

terraces. Comfortable areas of shade can be created by unfolding the beautiful, huge parasols.

Along the house a spacious porch has been built which is accessible both from the kitchen as well as the living room. The outside table can seat up to 8 people. A barbeque is available as well.

Another cosy sitting area has been created at the far end of the porch; also a bar with some bar stools where you have a lovely view on the surrounding hills.

There is a jeu de boules court, a trampoline and swing for the kids





Fayence 2025-3

The living room has 2 levels: a sitting area with an open fire place, (Dutch) tv and sound equipment and a mezzanine that can be reached via some stairs in the corner of the room.

A few steps up lead to a seperate diner area, with a big table for 8.

The modern kitchen is well equipped: dish washer, fridge, freezer, ceramic stove, (microwave) oven and nespresso coffee machine.

In the hallway is a bathroom with bath tub. Next door a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200 cm), another bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 kids.

From the hallway stairs go up to the first floor with a bedroom with queen size bed (160x200 cm) and ensuite bath room with shower and toilet. French doors give access to a small and cozy balcony

In the storeroom downstairs another fridge is at your disposal as well as well as a washing machine.

If needed 2 cots and high chairs are available. Obviously WIFI is available in the house.
