Les Aloès is in a beautiful location near the village of Seillans, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France, in the Var. From the various terraces there is a fantastic view over the surrounding hills and the valley. The house is approximately 2 km from the village. It is an ideal place to relax, but also to make nice trips to beautiful places in the area such as the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea or the beautiful hinterland with its picturesque villages and the famous Gorges du Verdon. These places can all be reached within 1 hour by car.

The house has a cozy salon with a fireplace. From the salon, French doors give access to various terraces, all with fantastic views. A staircase leads up to the dining room that is adjacent to a modern kitchen, well equipped: quooker, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, hob and large fridge. From the kitchen a door opens to another terrace where you find a large (dining) table and bbq.

From the hall there is access to both bedrooms. The large (master) bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and an adjoining, spacious bathroom with bath (shower in bath), 2 sinks and a toilet. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and an adjoining shower room with sink.

In the utility room you find a washing machine plus dryer.

There are also sun loungers by the pool and a number of parasols.The swimming pool can be heated and has a jetstream (counter-current')

The house is not suitable for families with (small) children due to the location of the swimming pool (on 1 side 2 meters depth)
