Les Bouques Seillans 1-4 p.
This house is an example of Provencal charm combined with comfort. It is located on a 13,500 m2 plot along a small country road about 2 km from the village of Seillans, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. The view from the terrace is fantastic. There is a beautiful swimming pool with a spacious terrace around it and a pool house.
A BBQ is also available.
The beaches of the Mediterranean are only a 30 minute drive, the impressive Gorge du Verdon is 50 minutes from Seillans.

Stairs are leading down from the hall: to the sitting area and kitchen. The salon has a high ceiling, there's a fireplace and French doors give access to the beautiful garden with breathtaking views over the hills around Seillans. The kitchen is new and modern: equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge / freezer combination., coffee machine etc.
In the beautifully maintained garden is the large pool (5x10 meters) with adjoining terrace and pool house.
In the house is a master bedroom with a bed of 2x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. which is electrically adjustable . Ensuite is the bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and 2 washbasins. There is also a bedroom with 2 beds of 80x200 cm. On the mezzanine floor is a sofa bed for a 5th guest (child). There is also a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Outside there are 2 covered parking spaces. A BBQ is available.
In both bedrooms airconditioning has been installed.
