There's a large living room with a cozy sitting area around the fireplace. French doors give access to the terrace and garden. There is a separate dining area with a long table with seating for 8. The well-equipped Provencal kitchen has an electric stove (ceramic), a large American fridge and freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Downstairs is the games room with a bar, TV and table football. French doors open onto the terrace. Here you find a table tennis table. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. In one corridor is the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a view over the garden. Next to this room is a separate dressing room with several cupboards. Adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, toilet, bidet and 2 sinks.

In the other corridor are 3 bedrooms: 1 with 2 beds 100x200 cm, 1 with 1 bed 140x190 cm and 1 with 2 beds 90x190 cm. These 3 bedrooms all open onto a wide balcony with a view over the garden and the swimming pool. At the end of the hallway is another bathroom with combined bath and shower, toilet and 2 sinks.

This large house is ideal for a family holiday, as there is enough space to be together as well as there's a quiet corner to retreat to alone.
