This romantic Provencal house is located near the village of Seillans, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. The house is set on 2 hectares of land; a former olive grove. The main house can accommodate 8 people; there is also a cottage behind the main house where 4 people can sleep. In the garden is a spacious swimming pool surrounded by a newly constructed terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There are several terraces with seating areas around the house. Very attractive is the beautiful summer kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as a gas BBQ. There is a cozy sitting area around the fireplace. A large, marble dining table seats 12 people. The extensive garden offers plenty of shaded places during the warm summer months. There is also a pétanque court, located next to the summer kitchen.

In the main house is a sitting / dining room with patio doors to the terrace with the summer kitchen. The open kitchen is adjacent to the lounge / dining room. This has recently been renewed and is fully equipped. There is a Lacanche stove with 5 burners and 2 ovens. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and antique French bath tub. The second bedroom has a double bed; adjoining bathroom with shower and bath tub. The third bedroom also has a double bed; from this room a stairs lead to the attic where there are 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with bath tub and shower. Three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, the other rooms have a fan.
Behind the main house is a cottage with another 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds).
They share a bathroom with a (rain) shower. There is a small lounge with satellite TV and a well-equipped kitchen.
There is no WIFI coverage in the cottage.
