This house is a charming, old, 17th century bastide located on a large plot of 22 hectares surrounded by forest and olive groves near Seillans, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. This accommodation is an excellent place for nature lovers, hikers and for those who like privacy. The house is surrounded by a large garden, numerous terraces, parking for several cars and a large covered terrace in front of the house.

In one part of the house there is a large indoor swimming pool (12x6 m); 4 large sliding doors can be opened completely and open onto a terrace on both sides of the building. The water is heated from March to October.

This building also has a sauna, a bath and a shower.

The bastide has 3 floors:

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a small, cozy living room with a fireplace.

From the dining room stairs lead to the 1st floor: here is a large mezzanine with seating area and a separate toilet.

There are also 2 bedrooms (1x double bed; 1x 2 single beds), both rooms have an ensuite bathroom. (shower in the bath, toilet and sink.)

Another room serves as an 'office space'.

From this floor there is a connection to the indoor swimming pool. The sauna with bath/shower is also located there.

There is also access to the garden and terraces on this floor.

The other 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor: 1 room with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The other 2 rooms each have 2 single beds and share a bathroom with shower (in bath) and toilet.

The house has no air conditioning, but the thick stone walls ensure a cool temperature inside. All rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views of the forest.
