This authentic house is located just above the village of Seillans, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. The current owners have renovated the original farmhouse with love and great taste, turning it into a contemporary home with all the modern comfort you look for.. There is a panoramic view of the surrounding hills of the Provence. Even the Mediterranean sea is visible on clear days. The house has been designed with a contemporary interior and a traditional Provencal exterior. There are many activities and cultural excursions nearby.

Be aware that the last part of the road to the house is a dirt road with stones (about 1,5 km); this road is not suitable for cars with low chassis.

You reach Villa Serene via an unpaved road (about 1,5 km). The entrance is at the former stable that now serves as a hall. Through the hall you enter the modern, well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob). From the kitchen, French doors give access to the terrace. Here is an outdoor table with chairs; a lovely place to eat outside. Next to the kitchen is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. From the kitchen you enter the corridor where on one side a work area with a desk has been created On the other side is the modernly furnished lounge. Here you also find French doors giving access to the terrace with spectacular views. Next to the lounge is the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 xm), at the end of the corridor is bedroom 3 with another large double bed (180x200 cm). These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, that also opens onto the hallway.
The swimming pool is located in the garden, surrounded by a wooden terrace with comfortable sun loungers. There is also a cozy terrace in front of the house. The ideal place for an aperitif or a beautiful sunset.
