The villa is located on a sloping plot and offers a garden planted with olive trees, large terrace with fantastic views of the village and the surrounding landscape; there is a spacious terrace, swimming pool of 12 x 5 m with sun loungers and parking for several cars.

Less than a 15-minute drive away there is the famous 18-hole golf course Terre Blanche.

The famous cities such as Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez as well as the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea are very easily accessible.
