Villa Ella Seillans 1-8 p.
This modern, Provencal villa is located in the hills 3 km from the village of Seillans, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. The house is situated on a terrain of 3800 m2 that is completely fenced and closed with a gate.
From the terrace there is a beautiful view over the hills; in the vegetated garden is a swimming pool of 5 x 11 meters. There are 8 sunbeds and umbrellas provided.
The basic facilities are available in the village (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy) and a few restaurants with nice terraces. From the house a nice walk (1.8 km) will bring you to a lovely cafe with a terrace overlooking the hills near Seillans.
Cities such as Cannes, Nice, Grasse and St. Tropez are within a radius of 60 km from Seillans. The beaches of the Mediterranean can be reached within half an hour. The Gorges du Verdon is located 50 km from Seillans.

This villa has a spacious living room with dining area; there is an open kitchen, next to which is a pantry with washing machine.. There is a large refrigerator, an oven, gas stove and dishwasher. From the living room you enter the spacious, covered terrace. Here is a large table with comfortable chairs. There is also a gas barbecue available.
On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) with ensuite bathroom; here are 2 sinks and a shower. A sliding door gives access to the garden. Also a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm); this room has access to the garden as well There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
An open staircase leads to the 1st floor. Here is a separate toilet, a bathroom with bath (shower in bath) and 2 bedrooms;
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm)
