Villa France is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the hills between Callian and Montauroux. It's a modern, recently built villa with a private swimming pool set, set in mature gardens (2500 m2) with absolute privacy. From the terrace you have a magnificent view on the village of Callian. It's about a 20 minutes walk to Montauroux where you can find local shops and typical French bars and restaurants.

The living room is light and spacious; French doors give access to the garden and the pool.There's a sitting area with open fire place, a dining area and an open American kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped: electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and halogen stove. In the utility room is a micro wave oven, another fridge, a washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen you can enter the covered terrace. Here is a barbecue available and a dining table: a great place for lunch. On the ground floor is 1 bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) with a bathroom with shower and toilet ensuite.
