This beautiful Provencal villa is located on a private road in a very quiet location (2500 m2) about 1.5 km from the village of Callian, a beautiful medieval village in the Var. There are several restaurants, shops, a bakery, small supermarket and a weekly market.
Callian is an excellent base for exploring the area. The beaches on the Mediterranean can be reached within 45 minutes. As well as the famous cities of Grasse, Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez. The impressive Gorge du Verdon is an hour and a half drive from the village. It is only a 15-minute drive to the Lac St. Cassien, a large freshwater lake where many water activities are possible.
The prestigious Terre Blanche golf course (2x18 holes) is only a 15-minute drive away.
The house is situated on a plot of 2500 m2 and has a swimming pool of 8x4 meters.
There is ample parking.
