This beautiful villa is located in a private domain, Chateau Tournon, approximately 4 km from the medieval village of Montauroux on a plot of 3000 m2. There are several shops and restaurants in the village.

It has a beautiful view of the valley and the large lake of Saint Cassien. Numerous recreational activities are possible at this lake, such as pedal boating, fishing, rowing, walking, etc.

Next to the house is a large swimming pool (11x5 m) surrounded by a spacious terrace with sunbeds and parasols. There is also an outdoor shower.

There is enough parking space for 3 cars.

There is a covered terrace along the entire length of the house where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.

On the terrace there is a lounge set and a dining table

Upon entering the house there is a very spacious hallway followed by the large salon. There is a pool table on one side of the salon; on the other side a sitting area and a dining area have been created. Doors from the lounge give access to the terrace. The 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the living area; here 2 single beds (90x190 cm) and an en suite bathroom with bath (shower in bath), toilet and sink.

From the living room a stairs lead to a mezzanine. Here is a cozy sitting area and a sofa bed (140x200 cm). The sleeping area can be separated with a folding screen.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.
