This modern Provencal villa for 8 people with (heated) swimming pool (8x4 m) is located in a beautiful area between the two medieval villages of Montauroux and Callian and has stunning views of the surrounding area.
In the nearby villages there are several shops and various restaurants.
Less than 15 minutes drive away there is a well-known 18-hole golf course Terre Blanche and the lake of Saint-Cassien, which has several well-equipped beaches.
Well known cities such as Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez as well as the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea are very easily accessible.

The villa is built at the top of the hill. It is situated on a beautiful, sloping plot and wherever you are, the views are panoramic and breathtaking.
There is a (heated) swimming pool (8x4 m) with pool house, surrounded by various terraces, a large garden with trees, possibility to play jeu de boules and parking for several cars.
The villa offers: living/dining room, kitchen with dining area, 2 separate toilets, 1 bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and private shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm). These last 2 rooms share a bathroom with toilet.
