This charming, Provencal villa is located near Seillans (3 km), one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. The house is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with olive trees and oaks of over 1 ha. There is a swimming pool of 8.5 x 4 m which is heated from the 1st of June till the 14th of September. The house has a living area of almost 200 m2. This space is divided into 3 apartments; all fully and neatly furnished. So very suitable for a stay with 2 families or several couples. In total the house is suitable for 8 people; in all apartments airconditioning is available. In the beautiful garden is a pétanque court; there is also a table tennis table at the disposal of the tenants. On the terrace (with plancha) is a cozy sitting area and a large dining table with 8 chairs. There are sun loungers along the pool.

On the ground floor is the living room for 4 people. There is a cozy salon (with air conditioning) with fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave etc) and 2 bedrooms with double beds suitable for 4 people. One of the rooms has an adjoining bathroom with bath (shower in the bath) and toilet. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower. and a separate guest toilet.
This area has a connecting door with the adjacent studio. There are 2 single beds on the mezzanine (or 1 double) a small kitchen (microwave, fridge, washing machine) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the hall stairs go up to the 3rd apartment. This is suitable for 2 people. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a cozy sitting area, a small dining table and a kitchen (fridge, and washing machine). Here's a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Of course WIFI is available in the entire villa.
